Vic Firth Brushes & Rute

Vic Firth offers a variety of "brushes" designed to deliver a traditional sound or create bold new colors. Each model makes its own musical statement and provides the opportunity for an extensive range of effects.

Rute is designed to provide the player with alternative sounds and feels across a variety of musical settings. It consists of premium birch dowels secured in a birch drumstick handle. The handle provides a natural feel and can also be used for back beats, cross rim work and intricate patterns on the cymbal bell. A moveable band adjusts the effect from crisp to splashy.
